Who Am I?
This is the core question we’ve pondered since we first asked “what do I want to be when I grow up?” Life’s journey is all about finding ourselves. From Socrates in ancient Greece to all the top media magazine articles of today we’ve been reflecting on this age-old quest and question. We as women play so many roles – wife, mother, teacher, caregiver, leader, etc. How we respond and react to the needs of each role is dependent upon how well we tap into our sense of self. At WorkLife for Women we guide your self-exploration by clarifying three key motivational aspects: 1) Passion or the things that drive you and give you a sense of fulfillment; 2) Style or your outward personality and persona; 3) Needs, probably the most hidden of all of the aspects of knowing yourself - what you need from those around you as well as from your environment. Knowing and managing what you need helps to create a sense of satisfaction.
